Cancellation Policy

Reservation/Cancellation Policy * Fork+Band Slingshot, 99 Main St. Bristol, CT 06010. Reservations: 1. To secure a reservation for slingshot shooting activities at F+B, payment is required at the time of booking. 2. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability is not guaranteed until payment is received. 3. Reservation times are fixed, and late arrivals may result in reduced activity time. No refunds or credits will be provided for late arrivals. *Cancellation Policy:* For standard reservations and special events: 1. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to scheduled reservation will be eligible for full credit toward future services or a full refund. Cancellations made 1-13 days prior to the reservation will be eligible for choosing between a 50% refund or full credit toward future services. Same day cancellations are considered no-shows. 2. No-shows and participants arriving late will not be eligible for a refund, in full or part. 3. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to ForkPlusBandSlingshot@yahoo.com. *Weather-related Exceptions:* 1. F+B reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities in the event of adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. 2. If F+B cancels an activity due to weather or other reasons, participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. *Participant Responsibility:* 1. It is the participant's responsibility to check and monitor weather and travel conditions leading up to the scheduled activity. 2. No refunds will be provided for participants who choose not to participate due to personal reasons or discomfort with weather conditions that do not lead to activity cancellation by F+B. *Reservation Transfer:* 1. Reservations are non-transferable. The individual named on the reservation must be the participant. *Policy Acknowledgment:* By making a reservation with F+B, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this strict reservation and cancellation policy.
