Service Description

Registration in the "Zen & The Art of Slingshot Experience" requires that you've completed the Slingshot Safety & Target Skills Experience. The group assumes a basic level of slingshot target shooting competence. The reason is that this Experience focuses less on form and more on matters such as breathing, awareness of the body in space, managing internal dialog, stress and coping, connecting with yourself, your companions, and the environment, and making the most of your practice sessions. In this Experience, you'll learn to use the simplicity of Slingshot in a healthy and beneficial routine practice of Mindfulness.
